2. Trial Period:
Use the product consistently for at least 60 days from the date of delivery but no longer than 90 days.
3. Documentation Requirements:
• Use the product for at least 6 cleaning cycles, as per the instructions in the User Guide.
• Document your results with before-and-after photos of your makeup brushes after each cleaning cycle (a total of 6 photos with clearly marked dates).
4. Submission Process:
• If you see no improvement in the cleanliness of your brushes or find the product unsatisfactory, contact our customer service team with your order number.

5. Timeline:
All claims must be submitted within 90 days of receiving the product. Photos must include valid time and date stamps.

Additional Terms and Conditions:
• Refunds will only be processed for approved claims. Claims that fail to meet the documentation requirements or are incomplete will not be eligible for a refund.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories.
• Once approved, we will refund the purchase price (at the time of order) after the product is received and inspected at our warehouse*.

Return Shipping Policy:
